Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Since our products are often custom-finished, cancellation is not possible once the work has started.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged condition. You must send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund.
